What happened: April **, **** * Thursday * **:** p.m.*I had been waiting on a very large and expensive Catherine's order and also had, I believe, an additional * items Catherine's placed on BACKORDER.*The large order arrived yesterday. I had the opportunity tonight to finally go through everything and try on all the items.*I have never been so DISAPPOINTED! Cheap fabrics, exposed stitching, sloppy, weak, minimal and*or very poor elastic used. Plastic (sticky) appliqu*s on the pajama tops. *A swimsuit bottom that resembles a pair of black shorts, which was to be put on like a pair of front opening shorts, with the only way to close them was with a strip of Velcro! Velcro? Seriously? On a swimsuit??? Another item, a pull on, stretchy, black shorts-like swimsuit bottom with longer legs was see through! Omg...ridiculous!*I have shopped at my local Catherine stores for years and enjoyed everything I purchased. Most items I still wear. Very well made. *These items in my online order are rinky-dink, cheap fabrics and crummy workmanship. I am returning EVERY item. Even the pajamas are cheap ****. Plastic appliqu*s, sloppy bottoms, weird fitting strides. I am NOT a Walmart shopper, but Walmart's clothing lines are *** times better made with better quality fabrics that what I received from Catherines... and it's like they are not made for American woman. Wth??? Weird inseams, awkward fitting strides, sloppily assembled shoulders, etc. *I finally got through tonight on the "USA" line, but was actually talking to "Becky" (seriously?) at a LOUD call center in the Philippines. (That was fun...not.) Crackling phone lines, had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying, trying to get return information, all the while some loud mouthed woman was laughing loudly in the background and drowning out the Rep "Becky" I was speaking too. *I have put all the items purchased back into each plastic bag they came in with a note of what was wrong with it. There was no list of items nor any return information in the shipping bag. *I had "Becky" CANCEL the remainder of my order which she said was * backordered items. Then she says the shipping is not refundable and I also have to pay to return the items! *Omg...I am SOOOOOO MADDDDD! *I will never buy ANYTHING from Catherines nor any of their affiliate stores as long as I live.
